Tracy Lee Ray was the 1st child of George Ripper and the 1st child born to Patricia (Patty) Burkett. Tracy Lee was born 11 Mar 1960 in Ellwood City, PA. Tracy Lee married Douglas Ray on 6 Apr 1982 at the age of 22. . Tracy Lee died 9 May 2001 at the age of 41.

Tracy joined the Air force and while stationed in Japan, taught conversational English. Tracy later married and her and her husband Ray lived in Evans City, PA. Tracy was a member of the Westminister United Presbyterian Church and a volunteer at Evans City Elementary School. She enjoyed running.
